For the first time ever Marcella Ellis is offering a SHADOW ME program that allows students/ trainees an opportunity to work along with her and her styling team at Marcella Ellis Signature Salon (advanced weaving and extension center) for 4 days. This is an AMAZING opportunity to receive hands on training in a manner that you have never experienced before. You will gain knowledge and learn skill that you just can’t capture by watching how-to videos. The information obtained in this SHADOW ME program is priceless and will last your entire career. Marcella Ellis with over 18 years of experience in hair weaving and extensions has combined one full day of one- on- one workshop training along with 3 full days of intense salon training. Students/trainees will work in a fast paced environment with real clients learning how to handle various situations. You will actually experience for yourself the beauty of transformations that we perform everyday using a variety of different techniques and skill. This program was designed to give each of you the ultimate experience in advanced training.

In Class training:

THE first day of training will be assessing your skill level (there will be no clients scheduled for that day)
Theory and practical will be in a classroom setting (Training will first begin on mannequins)

You will learn in theory:
* How to manage and market your business
* The origin and theory of selecting and ordering the right hair for each procedure
* How to set pricing for each procedure
* How to provide good customer service by scheduling and controlling your appt books

You will learn in the salon:

* Intense Hands On Training in the most popular advanced techniques on the market today (how to apply, take care of, and remove)
* You will learn how to consult the client educating them on the pros and cons, proper maintenance and care of each procedure
* You will learn the differences in hair selections, appropriate for each client
* You will learn the fundamentals of proper placement, and blending
* You will learn how to razor cut, de-bulk, shape, curl and style weaves and extensions
* You will learn relaxing, texturizing and coloring techniques used to create a natural blended look
* You will learn our healthy hair care system and how to mix and administer different natural compositions to promote healthy hair
* You will receive training on Live clients as well as practical skills on mannequins
 
In addition YOU will receive a complete kit which includes:

You Will also receive:

  On going technical support for as long as you need it. You may call or email and ask any question pertaining to what you have learned in the program. We want to make sure you retain what you have learned even after you leave our salon.

This package is valued at $3,600.00 which is ($900.00 per day for a private workshop)

Because of limited salon space we will only accept one student per week and only twice per month. That’s only 2 students within a month for a total of 24 students for the entire year.
